Hoe Werken Wij?

Wij maken het proces zo gemakkelijk mogelijk voor onze klanten, van start tot finish. Hieronder ziet u stap voor stap hoe wij werken:
1. Ophalen of Brengen van de Container
De container kan door ons worden opgehaald bij uw locatie, maar u kunt deze ook zelf bij ons afleveren. Wij bieden maximale flexibiliteit om aan uw wensen te voldoen.
2. Inspectie van de Container
Bij aankomst wordt de container eerst grondig geïnspecteerd. We controleren de staat van de container en brengen in kaart welke onderdelen vervangen, gerepareerd of aangepast moeten worden. Op basis hiervan stellen we een plan van aanpak op.
3. Stralen van de Container
Voor een optimale reparatie wordt de container gestraald om vuil, roest en oude verflagen te verwijderen. Dit zorgt voor een schoon en veilig werkoppervlak en bereidt de container voor op verdere bewerkingen zoals reparatie en conservering
4. Reparatie van de Container
Na het stralen gaat de container door naar onze reparatieafdeling. Hier worden:
• Rotte delen uitgeslepen en vervangen door nieuwe onderdelen.
• Gaten gerepareerd en laswerk uitgevoerd.
• De container gericht, zodat deze weer strak en recht is.
• Deurvergrendelingen gerepareerd en haakjes of andere bevestigingen vervangen of rechtgezet.
Wij kunnen letterlijk alles repareren of aanpassen aan uw container.
5. Spuiten van de Container
Zodra de reparaties zijn uitgevoerd, gaat de container naar onze spuitafdeling. Hier wordt hij behandeld met een hoogwaardige verflaag in de gewenste kleur. Dit zorgt niet alleen voor een professionele uitstraling, maar beschermt de container ook tegen verdere slijtage en roestvorming.
6. Branding en Afwerking
Na het droogproces wordt de container gestickerd (gebrand). Dit houdt in:
• Het aanbrengen van logo’s, bedrijfsnamen, nummers en andere markeringen.
• Eventueel het plaatsen van GPS-systemen of andere toevoegingen.
Vervolgens worden de scharnieren gesmeerd en de container verder afgewerkt.
7. Laatste Controle en Levering
Voordat de container wordt teruggebracht naar de klant, voeren we een laatste grondige controle uit. We zorgen ervoor dat alles perfect werkt en voldoet aan onze hoge kwaliteitsstandaarden. Daarna wordt de container netjes afgeleverd op de gewenste locatie of kan deze worden opgehaald.
Met dit proces garanderen wij dat uw container in topconditie wordt opgeleverd.

• Hook and eye repair: Containers often contain hooks and eyes to secure nets and cargo. These parts wear out due to intensive use or are damaged during loading and unloading. We replace or repair them with precision.

• Floor and wall repair: The interior floors and walls of containers are susceptible to wear and damage from heavy loads. We replace wooden floors, repair steel plates and weld any holes closed.
• Container Straightening: Containers that have become deformed due to heavy use or accidents can be fully aligned and straightened using our advanced equipment.
• Holes and cracks: With our welding work we quickly and effectively seal holes and cracks, making the container fully functional and airtight again.
• Repair of hydraulic systems: For containers with special functions, such as hydraulic valves or lifts, we have the expertise to also repair the technical components.
